For stays of a week or more, between 1st June 2025 and September 15, 2025, a first advance of 30% 30% is requested at the booking, second advance of 30% 3 months before arrival and the remaining 40% must be paid on the day of arrival. For stays between 15 September 2024 and May 31 2025 , an advance payment of 50% is requested at the booking, the remaining 50% must paid on the day arrival.
Tourist Taxes of 0.575€ / person / day for the benefit of the city Antibes-Juan les Pins payable at arrival.
The balance must be paid fully on the day of arrival. No discount will be made in the case of late arrival or early departure.
A deposit of 150 € or 300 € per mobile home will be paid on the day of arrival and returned on departure day after inventory. If the mobile home requires cleaning, 50€ fees will be charged.
Charcoal and gas barbecues are prohibited. Only electric barbecues are permitted.
